Device after I turn it on. Automatically gets off after 10/15 second of devices starting. I have omi pendent. I am from India and even marathi, gujarati language is not supporting. Please tell me how to fix?
@Abir Maheshwari , I’m sorry your pendant won’t stay on. Please charge it with the supplied charger for at least an hour, then tell us whether a light appears, what battery level the app shows, and whether it still shuts off after 10–15 seconds while connected to the phone. If it becomes unusually hot, stop charging it. If the shutdown continues, we’ll need to assess the device for repair or replacement.
For Marathi, please update Omi and check Profile → Language for Marathi, then try a short test recording. Gujarati isn’t currently shown in the app’s language picker; we’ve logged that separately in #20630. What phone, app version, and pendant firmware version are you using?
