Can you confirm if you have Auto Translation on? Try disabling it:
Open the Omi app → tap the Gear icon (top of Home screen)
Tap Profile
Tap Language
Under Speech & Transcription, you'll see two options:
Primary Language — tap this to set your main language
Automatic Translation (with a toggle switch) — this is the auto language detection. Turn this OFF.
With auto translation disabled, Omi will stick to your primary language and stop trying to guess. This should fix the incorrect language recognition. If you frequently switch between two specific languages, you'll need to manually change the primary language before those conversations — there's no "use these 2 languages" mode yet.
