Apple Watch recording lost after 11 hours 6 minutes
I recorded continuously using the Omi Apple Watch app for approximately 11 hours and 6 minutes. I stopped the recording normally after the Watch had been recording throughout the day.
However, the recording did not appear in the Omi iPhone app. Only a few minutes of activity appear to have reached Omi.
In Offline Sync, the iPhone shows:
All recordings synced
Pending: 0
Failed: 0
Synced: 0
Store Audio on Phone was ON and Store Audio on Cloud was ON.
I have NOT deleted or reinstalled the Omi app and I have NOT reset the Apple Watch.
Please tell me whether the 11-hour recording may still exist locally on the Apple Watch, in an app cache/container, or on Omi’s servers, and whether there is any way to force synchronization or recover the original audio. Please do not suggest reinstalling/resetting until recovery possibilities have been checked.
I can provide my Omi User ID privately if needed.

The related iPhone memory fix #21072 is already released. Additional Watch recording/recovery protections in #22059 pass build and CI checks, but still need physical Watch testing, merging, backend deployment, and an iPhone/Watch app release.
Once released, please update both apps and verify recording duration, sync and playback. Your original 11-hour recording’s recovery remains unconfirmed. Keep both apps installed and devices paired, and share your User ID and recording date/time privately with support for recovery checks.

I’m sorry losing an 11-hour recording is serious. We’ve opened an investigation. The Watch app streams audio in chunks rather than saving one complete recording file; some chunks may still be queued, and the iPhone’s “0 pending” count does not rule that out. We can’t confirm recovery or offer a reliable force-sync step yet. Please keep both apps installed and the devices paired; don’t reset or clear storage. Send your Omi User ID privately, along with the recording date/time and your app and watchOS versions, so we can check transfer diagnostics and server records.
