App Store need organiz listing

OMI AI app is very helpful, but I’ve found that I’ve installed multiple apps. I basically installed a lot of them, so now I’m unable to see what apps I installed. I need to understand which apps I need to uninstall and which ones I can keep for use. There should be a way to see all the installed apps separate.
