App on Apple Watch doesn’t work?

Hello,

Does the Apple Watch app work correctly?

I’m not sure I understand how it’s supposed to work.

I made a recording with the app on my watch, but nothing was transferred to the app on my iPhone.

Do you have a solution for this problem?
