Hi Omi Support Team,
I’m reaching out because my Omi app is completely broken again after the latest update. This is the third time this has happened in the last three months — every time there’s an update, the app stops working entirely.
Current issue:
• The app is fully blocked and unusable after the latest update
• I cannot do anything in the app
• Previous support interactions have not resolved the underlying problem
I use Omi as a core part of my daily workflow (connected via MCP to Claude). When it breaks, my entire system breaks with it.
I understand that updates can cause issues, but a pattern of three outages in three months after updates is not acceptable for a tool I rely on professionally. I need this fixed — and I need a permanent solution, not just a temporary fix.
Please escalate this as a recurring bug.
