I just purchased an Omi and accidentally used my entire 300-minute free allowance on the first day because I did not realize the device was continuously recording.
I emailed support at help@omi.me on September 13 asking for a one-time reset, but I have not received a response yet. I also tried joining the official Discord through both discord.omi.me and the published Discord invite, but the redirect timed out and the invite showed as invalid.
Could someone please reset my 300-minute allowance so I can properly test the device before deciding whether to subscribe?
My main concern is understanding and controlling when recording/transcription minutes are being used so I can evaluate whether Omi is practical for me.
