Description
Users are experiencing issues with the new UI design where swiping up or down to scroll through transcript logs can too easily trigger an accidental deletion of a conversation. Once deleted, there is no confirmation prompt or an option to undo the action, leading to the loss of important conversations.
Steps to Reproduce
Open the transcript log.
Scroll up or down.
Swipe accidentally on a conversation.
The conversation is deleted without any confirmation.
There is no way to recover or undo the deletion.
Expected Behavior
Users should confirm before deleting a conversation (e.g., a pop-up asking "Are you sure you want to delete this conversation?").
There should be an undo option in case of accidental deletion.
Alternatively, deletion could be moved inside the conversation details, preventing accidental swipe deletions.
Proposed Solutions
Add a confirmation prompt before permanently deleting a conversation.
Implement an "Undo" button that appears for a few seconds after deletion.
Disable swipe-to-delete or make it harder to trigger (e.g., requiring a long press instead).
Provide a "Deleted Conversations" section where users can recover recently deleted conversations.
Please authenticate to join the conversation.
