Ability to send messages via connected phone

Feature Description:

By integrating messaging support with the connected application, Omi will enable users to send messages via voice commands. For example:

• "Hey Omi, send a message to my mom: I’ll be home late tonight."

• "Hey Omi, send a WhatsApp message to Jane: Are we meeting tomorrow?"

When these commands are given, Omi will navigate to the selected messaging app, automatically compose and send the message, or request confirmation before sending.
