Ability to Rearrange Folders

Problem:
There is no way to reorder folders.

Impact:
Users can't organize their folder structure in a way that actually reflects how they work. High-use folders get buried and there's nothing you can do about it.

Request:

Let users drag and drop folders to reorder them, or add a manual sort option.
