2nd Omi broken within 3 months need replacement ASAP

Good morning, I'm reaching out because I am on my second Omi device. The replacement device that was sent stopped charging like the first device. Also the face plate came loose. I saw how it was assembled and was able to put it back on however it's loose and won't stay fixed. I'm guessing the adhesive may have failed. Outside of the hardware failures I do believe this device is quite fascinating and helpful, are there other types of devices to try? I'd like to discuss more about this as well if you would please reach out in regards to both matters I would appreciate it. Thank you
