17 hours of recorded time not downloading

My Omi wearable isn’t downloading the recordings from the device. It has been doing this for a couple of weeks now. I have 17 hours of data that doesn’t seem to transfer. I keep just trying to clear it from the app and it won’t. Please advise. Thanks!
