RTL UI Bug: Plus button overlaps Send button when app/device language is Hebrew

Issue:

When using the app in Right-to-Left (RTL) mode / Hebrew interface, the attachment (+/plus) button overlaps directly on top of the Send message button in the chat input bar.

Impact:

Pressing the Send button triggers the attachment/apps menu instead of sending the typed message, making it impossible to send text messages while maintaining a Hebrew interface.

Expected Behavior:

The '+' button and the 'Send' button should be positioned on opposite sides of the text field regardless of the interface direction/language setting.
