Processed recordings, but no conversation generated for a 2-hour window (no transcript)

Posting this as a bug. Audio uploaded and processed fine, but no conversation was ever generated for a two hour window, so there's no transcript or summary for any of it.

On June 2nd I had recordings running from roughly 2:09 PM to 4:04 PM. In the Sync screen they all show as synced and marked Processed. But in my conversation list there's a gap with nothing in it for that entire window. The conversation right before it ends around 2:09 PM, and the next one doesn't pick up until 4:04 PM. The 2 to 4 block just never became a conversation.

So the audio reached your servers and got processed, but the conversation creation step silently failed for that stretch.

Here's a concrete example recording from inside the missing window so you can find it.

A few things already ruled out on my end.

  • App is fully up to date

  • I'm on the Max plan, so this isn't a transcription minute cap

  • Audio is present and the recordings play back fine

  • Store Audio on Cloud is On, and the Sync screen shows all recordings synced with zero pending

Is there a way to re-run conversation generation server side against the audio that's already stored and processed for that 2 to 4 PM window? The recordings are all intact, they just never produced a conversation. Happy to share more recording IDs or screenshots if it helps you locate them.
