No background syncing; manual syncing never completes

Since around February 23 no syncing has succeeded (as far as I can tell). Syncing doesn’t seem to happen in the background. I try to trigger manual syncs, but they take so long that they all fail.

I’m on the Android app version 1.0.525 with the Omi necklace on version 3.0.15.

This seems similar to some previously reported issues, but this is still happening for me.
