Longer conversations not processing

I have noticed that longer conversations that I record for work or deep discussion, oftentimes take a long time to process , and sometimes they ultimately disappear without processing. This has happened mostly around work meetings that are 30 minutes to an hour in length.

I can see them on the device , but when I attempt to upload or process the files they will often stall and eventually just disappear without processing.
